Not to turn this in to (too) political a discussion, but that highly
depends on your definition of victory. Then again, an attempted
conventional invasion of the US would be comically short (I'm
imagining thousands of little boats from N. Korea here)

There will be few, if any purely conventional wars in the future.

The US does have a huge amount of money to spend on cyber defense, but
are we sure it's being spent wisely?
