Dave,

There is a PDF version in the pre-Kona mailing for WG14:

The problem with this version (and any PDF I create) is that it rapidly
becomes obsolete WRT to the wiki version which is constantly evolving.

We are in the process right now of adding an additional navigation
facility on the wiki which will make it easier to sequentially read the
document.  We should be able to complete this before you can finish
reading it, assuming you are human.  ;^)
