Some interesting talk around international law and cyber crime is being
picked up by all the media stemming from a opinion in the news.  I find
the authors original paper far more interesting:

Pages 8-16 have the typical blend of information warfare although the
author calls it Information Operations (IO) as a subsection of Computer
Information Operations then offers some legal digression into how to
alleviate the problems around IO. Still makes for a good read.

What might be interesting is how states may extend sovereignty it into
cyberspace, namely psyops and electronic embargoes and other polices
enforcement by military forces are on the horizon.  How do states adjust
to espionage if the spies never leave the host country?  The questions
posed are fairly vast and the paper covers the DDoS of Estonia that may
merit a reply from Estonia CERT or Gadi E.  The paper certainly
demonstrates that International cyberlaw (not the trademark version) is
not even in its infancy were the lotus principal is king (what
international law does not prohibit, it permits.)
