[Spike] Win32 installation

Hi I just downloaded SPIKEProxy and am really eager to test it out.  I'm
having trouble installing though, could someone help me out?

I've unzipped everything to C:\SPIKEProxy.  Running runme.bat results in
the following output:

This output is accompanied by a pop-up window stating, "The ordinal 508
could not be located in the 
Dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll"

I do have the following directories:

C:\SPIKEProxy\openssl
C:\SPIKEProxy\Python22
C:\SPIKEProxy\spkproxy

C:\SPIKEProxy\openssl\out32dll\LIBEAY32.dll does exist.

Did I need to manually install python or openssl prior to running
runme.bat?
